As an Afro-Caribbean Black woman, I have been shaped by the resilience of my heritage and deeply attuned to the generational trauma and social conditioning our communities have endured. My career journey has taken me from healthcare to the suicide crisis line, and into health and wellness roles across both the private and public sectors. I have dedicated my life to helping Black women thrive emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
