Welcome to Grown Black Glorious, a shop dedicated to the wellness, healing, and empowerment of Black women over 40. I created this space because too often, Black women are expected to be strong for everyone else while their own mental health, self-care, and joy are overlooked.

As a writer of Afro-Caribbean descent with over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I design guided self-care journals, affirmation eBooks, and wellness tools made especially for Black women navigating midlife.
